I’ve been using the Stryker equipment with patients for a while now, it’s been reliable. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the results have been clear, the setup isn’t too complicated, and it’s worked when we’ve needed it. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with it.

I had a really smooth experience with the sales team. The rep I spoke with clearly knew what they were talking about, but it never felt like they were trying to pressure me into anything. They answered my questions, followed up quickly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.

It connected to our main system, so that part was fine. Setup took longer than I thought it would, and a few syncs needed support to sort out. Overall it’s okay, just not the smoothest experience

I went on stryker.com hoping to find some straightforward info and figure out who to contact, but it ended up being more confusing than I expected. A few pages had a lot of text, but somehow still didn’t really answer the basic questions I had.

When I finally reached out, the response was polite enough, but it wasn’t very clear, and I had to follow up just to understand what I was supposed to do next. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was definitely disappointed by how slow and unclear it felt when I just needed simple answers.

Ordering from stryker.com was straightforward. I found what I needed without much digging, checkout went through smoothly, and the confirmation email showed up right away. The site maybe isn’t the most exciting to browse, but that’s really not a big deal since everything worked like it should. I’d use it again.

"Quick help when our equipment needed attention"
Stryker field service has been really solid for us whenever we’ve had to call. Usually the tech gets back to us the same day, and they actually show up when they say they will, which makes a big difference, right?

We’ve had a couple times where we needed help quickly, and they didn’t turn it into a whole ordeal. They came in, looked things over, fixed what they could, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. It definitely makes the day feel a lot less stressful.

It’s clever tech. You can tell whoever runs this is always trying to move things ahead and add smarter features, which makes it feel like it’s actually improving instead of just sitting there.

"Compliance info is there, but not as easy as they make it sound"
They definitely talk like they’re really on top of compliance and product info, and to be fair, the documents are there. But actually finding the specific regulatory stuff I needed was more annoying than expected. It felt like the site promised quick, clear answers, but in reality I had to click around way too much. Not terrible, just clunky when you’re trying to get something done fast

"Setup help was frustrating"
The product seems decent enough, but getting it implemented was kind of a pain. Support was slow to respond, and we ended up explaining the same problems more than once. Some of the setup steps weren’t very clear either, so it felt like we were just figuring it out on our own most of the time. For something this important, I expected a lot more help. Anyway.

"Warranty process felt more frustrating than it should’ve"
I had a problem with my Stryker product the warranty process was kind of a hassle. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this felt slower and more confusing than it needed to be. I kept getting bounced between different people and had to explain the same issue over and over. To be fair, they did eventually get it taken care of, but it took a lot longer than I expected.

I had to reach out to get the actual pricing, which was a little annoying, but once the quote came through, everything was explained clearly. So far, no weird surprise fees or anything like that. I just wish they had more of the basic pricing info on the site upfront.

It held up fine for a while, so I can’t be too dramatic, but it definitely isn’t some indestructible miracle product. I was hoping it would be way tougher, and I felt a tiny bit betrayed when it started showing wear sooner than I expected

"Stock updates could be clearer"
The inventory info was a little all over the place, honestly. Some stuff showed up just fine, but a couple of the items we really needed ended up being backordered, and the estimated dates kept shifting around.

Support did get back to us when we reached out, so that part was okay. I just wish the stock status had been more upfront before we placed the order, because it made planning way more annoying than it needed to be
